Refund Policy

Muvexa Pro is billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings, and the cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing period.

Because Muvexa is an API service with usage-based infrastructure costs, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We may review refunds case by case for duplicate payments, accidental upgrades, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the paid service.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and card network.

We do not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period, normal API usage, integration work performed by your team, or marketplace-side outages outside Muvexa's control.

Free accounts can test and integrate before upgrading, including store authorization and up to 20 online console and backend API calls per platform per day.

For billing or refund questions, contact [email protected] with your account email, invoice date and a short description of the issue.
